MEPPS – Chemoselective probes for advanced metabolomics analysis

MEPPSTM performs advanced metabolomics analysis using chemoselective probes.

Application of this method enhances the mass spectrometric sensitivity by a factor of up to six orders-of-magnitude (1 million) that will lead to the discovery of unidentified metabolites. This method advances the scope of metabolomics-driven biomarker discovery projects and can lead to the development of new therapeutics and diagnostics. Applicable for any biological sample including human and microbiota samples, which is a rapidly emerging field. The method has a diverse research field application including Metabolomics, Microbiome, Medical Sciences, Biomarker Discovery, Diagnostics, Toxicology.
